How to make a receipt

  1. Add your logo (optional) and fill in who the receipt is from and who paid.
  2. Add a receipt number and date.
  3. Add a line for each item or service with its amount - the Total, Amount in Words, and Total Due update automatically.
  4. Under Payment Received, add one row per payment method used (pick from the list or choose "+ Add New..." to add your own) - split a payment across Cash, Card, and more, and it all adds up to Total Received.
  5. Add Remarks if you need to, or uncheck "Show Remarks" to leave it off the receipt entirely.
  6. Click "Save Receipt" to keep it in your Saved Receipts list, and Print / Save as PDF whenever you're ready to hand it over.

Is this receipt generator free?
Yes. It runs entirely in your browser - no signup, no account, and no data leaves your device.
Where can I see my saved receipts?
Click "Save Receipt" to add the current one to your list, then click "Saved Receipts" any time to browse, reopen, or delete them, remarks included. They're stored only in this browser - clearing your browser data removes them.
How do I save it as a PDF?
Click "Print / Save as PDF" and pick "Save as PDF" (or "Microsoft Print to PDF") as the destination in the print dialog your browser opens. It's formatted for standard A4/Letter paper, same as the invoice tool.
Is this the same as GoOnlinePOS's checkout receipts?
No. Checkout receipts are printed automatically inside the POS app when you ring up a sale. This tool is for standalone payment receipts you fill in by hand - a deposit, a partial payment, a service call - without ringing up a full sale.
