Open this link in a second window, monitor, or tablet facing your customer - it updates live as you ring up a sale.
Important: the tablet needs to mirror this computer's screen. Opening the link directly in the tablet's own browser won't show live updates - it only syncs between windows on this same computer.
Plug in any USB barcode scanner - it works like a keyboard, no setup needed. With this on, scan a product's barcode and it's added to your cart automatically. It won't interfere while you're typing in a text field.

This is what makes the Customer Screen work reliably.app.html directly.Come back and download again anytime to get the latest version. A quick walkthrough of every setting, from your Store details to Backup.
This is what you'll spend most of your time on - your product catalog on the left, live receipt preview on the right (drag the divider between them to resize, or collapse the sidebar for more room). Tap a product to add it to the cart to start a sale, search or filter by category, and click "Clear Cart" in the Products panel if you need to abandon it and start over. Use the sidebar to reach Backup, Settings, End of Day, Inventory, Customers, Customer Screen, and Home. Products can carry a photo, too - no photo yet just shows a placeholder icon. Turn on the Barcode Scanner toggle in the sidebar and a USB barcode scanner adds items by SKU automatically from anywhere on this screen - no camera, no setup.
Show customers exactly what they're ordering and what they owe, on a second monitor or tablet facing them - items and totals update live as you ring things up, and it shows a "Thank you" screen with the payment breakdown once the sale completes.
Opens a printable closing report for a date you pick - total sales, what sold and how much, a payment method breakdown, and a per-cashier collection breakdown. Choose 80mm thermal or A4 paper, and save a report to reopen it again later even if sales history changes afterward.
Set your store name and details - address, phone, email, website, anything you want printed at the top of every receipt. Upload your own logo here too, so receipts look like they came from your actual business.
Choose whether you're printing a Receipt, Invoice, or Payment Received. The current receipt number lives here too - editable, with a custom prefix if you want one (like INV-000123).
Name your tax (VAT, GST, Sales Tax - whatever applies to you) and set the rate. Every total recalculates automatically. Discounts live at checkout itself - see "Main Screen" above - since they're a per-sale choice, not a store-wide setting.
Cash, Card, and Bank Transfer come built in, and you can add your own - GCash, PayPal, whatever your customers actually use. These show up in the dropdown at checkout, including for split payments.
Add everyone who works the till. Whoever's selected in the header dropdown gets printed on every receipt and tracked separately in the End of Day report - so you always know who rang up what.
Opens full-screen as a table-style, two-pane view - a list of every customer on the left, sorted alphabetically by name and searchable by name, company, email, or phone, and the selected customer's full details on the right. Click "New Customer" or any row to view or edit their Name, Company Name, Email, Phone, and More Details (a free-text notes field), or delete them entirely - a customer's own Customer ID is auto-assigned and shown once they're saved. Every one of their past sales shows right there too, newest first, and clicking one jumps straight to it in Sales History. At checkout, pick a customer from the Customer dropdown, or choose "+ New Customer..." to add one on the spot without leaving your sale - leave it on "Walk-in / No Customer" for a sale with no customer on file.
Opens full-screen as a table-style, two-pane view - a list of every product on the left, its full details on the right. Click "+ Add Product" to open the add-item form - Name, Price, and SKU are required (SKU is the product's unique code, and it's what Inventory, the cart, and barcode scanning all use to tell products apart), plus optional Category, Stock Level, Photo, and Tax-Exempt status; the form stays open after each save so you can keep adding items back to back. Click any product in the list to open it on the right and edit any of its details, or use the × on the row for a quick delete - changes sync everywhere instantly, including Inventory. Use the category chips above the list to filter it down to just one category, or "All" to see everything again. You can also upload a CSV or Excel file to add or update many products at once - a row with a new SKU is added, a row matching an existing SKU updates that product, and nothing already in your catalog is removed; rows with no SKU are skipped. Use Clear Products if you want to wipe the whole list and start over.
Opens full-screen as a table-style, two-pane view - a list of every completed sale on the left, grouped by date with the latest day on top (or switch to "All" to see every sale sorted latest-first in one flat list), and the selected sale's full details on the right, including its line items. Click any sale to view it, fix a mistake, or reprint the receipt right there - and download a two-tab Excel report whenever you need your own records, optionally filtered to a date range.
The two lines that print at the bottom of every receipt - "Thank you for shopping with us!" by default, but make it your own.
Leave it on Auto to fit whatever printer you're using, or pick 58mm, 80mm, A5, A4, or a custom width. Screen zoom adjusts how large everything looks while you work.
Set your currency code and symbol, and choose how many decimal places to show - 2 for most currencies, 3 if you're working in something like Bahraini Dinar.
Opens full-screen as a table-style, two-pane view - a list of every product's stock on the left, grouped by category, with the selected product's full details and total inventory value on the right. Search by name or SKU to find something fast, or click a category chip above the list to filter down to just that category. Numbers deduct automatically with every sale - click any product to correct its stock or restock it, and download a full inventory report to Excel whenever you need it.
Since everything lives only in this browser, back it up regularly. Auto-Backup saves a copy automatically to a folder you choose once (Chrome or Edge on a desktop computer) - no need to remember. Or download a one-time backup manually anytime with one click - it saves products, sales history, settings, your logo, and more into a single file. Restoring is just as simple if you ever switch devices.
Download a complete copy of the app that runs with zero internet - a shop computer with no connection, a spare install, or just a backup plan. It's built fresh from the live site each time you click Download, so it's always current, and it includes the Customer Screen, End of Day report, and USB barcode scanner support. Come back and download again anytime to grab the latest version; carry your data over with Backup → Download Full Backup on the old copy, then Restore from Backup on the new one.
