GoOnlinePOS.com ("we," "our," "the app") is a free, browser-based point of sale tool. There is no signup and no user account. This policy explains what happens to information when you use it.
We do not operate a server that stores your business data. Everything you enter - product names and prices, cart contents, sales history, store details, your logo, and receipt settings - is saved only in your own browser's local storage, on your own device. We never receive, see, or have access to any of it.
We use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic to the site (for example, how many people visit and roughly where from). This may collect:

This site may show ads served by Google AdSense. If it does, Google, as a third-party vendor, and its advertising partners use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site or other sites on the internet, allowing Google and its partners to serve ads that may be more relevant to you.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info. Opting out doesn't remove ads from the site - it just makes them less tailored to you.

These providers may log requests (including IP address) according to their own privacy policies, independent of us.
Because your products, sales history, and settings are stored only in your browser, clearing your browser's site data, switching browsers or devices, or reinstalling your browser will permanently delete them. We have no way to recover this information. We recommend setting up Auto-Backup in Settings → Backup (Chrome/Edge on desktop) to save a copy automatically, or regularly using the "Download Full Backup" button to keep your own copy of your data.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly show personalized ads to children.
You can clear your browser's site data at any time to remove everything saved by the app. The cookie banner on this site (and the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer) lets you decline analytics and advertising cookies entirely - the site works exactly the same either way. You can also use browser settings, extensions, or Google's opt-out tools (see "Advertising" above) to limit tracking.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
