How to make an invoice
- Add your logo (optional) and fill in who the invoice is from and who it's billed to.
- Add an invoice number, date, due date, and payment terms.
- List each line item with a quantity and rate - the amount is calculated for you. Check "Tax Free" on any item that shouldn't be taxed.
- Add tax and a discount if they apply, then check the balance due.
- Click "Save Invoice" to keep it in your Saved Invoices list, and Print / Save as PDF whenever you're ready to send it.

- Is this invoice generator free?
- Yes. It runs entirely in your browser - no signup, no account, and no data leaves your device.
- Where can I see my saved invoices?
- Click "Save Invoice" to add the current one to your list, then click "Saved Invoices" any time to browse, reopen, or delete them. They're stored only in this browser - clearing your browser data removes them.
- How do I save it as a PDF?
- Click "Print / Save as PDF" and pick "Save as PDF" (or "Microsoft Print to PDF") as the destination in the print dialog your browser opens.
- Is this the same as GoOnlinePOS's receipts?
- No. Receipts are for point-of-sale checkout inside the POS app. This tool is for one-off invoices you send to a customer before or after the sale.
