No. There's no signup and no login. Just open the page and start adding products.
Everything — products, sales history, your logo, and settings — is saved locally in your own browser. Nothing is sent to a server. That also means clearing your browser's site data will erase it, so use Settings → Backup to download a full backup regularly. If anything's ever lost, restoring that same file brings everything back exactly as it was.
Yes. Leave the paper size on Auto and it will fit whatever's connected, or pick your printer's exact size in Settings → Paper & Zoom for a precise fit.
