All data you enter — products, prices, sales history, receipts, your logo, and settings — is stored only in your own browser's local storage. We do not host, back up, or have any access to it. If your browser data is cleared, or you switch devices or browsers, that information is permanently lost and cannot be recovered by us. You're responsible for backing up anything important, including by using the "Download Sales Report" feature regularly.
GoOnlinePOS.com is a general-purpose tool. It does not verify or guarantee that the receipts, invoices, tax calculations, or business records it produces meet the legal, tax, or invoicing requirements of your city, country, or industry. You are responsible for confirming that your use of this tool complies with local law, including any tax registration numbers, receipt formatting rules, or record-keeping obligations that apply to your business.
